Will has a B.A. in finance and accounting from Texas Tech University. He was born and raised in Houston and has been here for 25 years. His passion is to be able to create, design and produce. As the Design Department Manager he plays all roles in creating, managing, and facilitating all aspects of projects in the design process. Shawn grew up in southwest Houston and graduated from Strake Jesuit College Preparatory and has a BBA from Ole Miss. He has been in the construction industry for 10 years. Jackie is a Houston native. Her duties include all aspects of accounting, payroll and general office management. She has recently joined Wm.  Mike Heller, Project ManagerMike has more than 30 years experience in commercial and residential construction, and has received his EPA certification in air conditioning. He studied construction principles and electricity at Pima College in Tucson, Arizona. Cade grew up in Bryan, Texas and received his B.S. degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University. He has lived in Houston for 2 and 1/2 years and has 6 years of experience in the construction business. As a 2nd generation Houstonian, John was born and raised in Bellaire. After graduating from Bellaire HS he continued his education at Texas Tech University.
