 Bill Shaw, Owner
Bill has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston. He also holds the following certifications: Certified Graduate Remodeler, Graduate Mater Builder, Certified Aging in Place Specialist, and Certified Green Professional. As owner and president of the company, he oversees all aspects of the business. Will has a B.A. in finance and accounting from Texas Tech University. He was born and raised in Houston. His passion is to be able to create, and design unique solutions for our clients. Shawn grew up in southwest Houston and graduated from Strake Jesuit College Preparatory and has a BBA from Ole Miss. He has been in the construction industry since 1996. Jackie is a Houston native. Her duties include all aspects of accounting, payroll and general office management. She has been with Wm. Shaw & Assoc. since 2003. She joined the company after 16 years in the managerial and administrative profession. Karla has been with the company since 2010. She is our Administrative Assistant. Her duties include Marketing/Advertising, Product Selection, and Accounting support.  Mike Heller, Project ManagerMike has more than 30 years experience in commercial and residential construction, and has received his EPA certification in air conditioning. He studied construction principles and electricity at Pima College in Tucson, Arizona. Mike handles numerous responsibilities fundamental to moving each project from start to finish.  John Raymond, Project Manager
As a 2nd generation Houstonian, John was born and raised in Bellaire. After graduating from Bellaire HS he continued his education at Texas Tech University.
